Founded in 1970, The Law Offices of Tinsman & Sciano, Inc. is a dedicated group of highly skilled attorneys and legal support professionals offering powerful representation on behalf of clients in south Texas and for certain types of cases — from across the United States as well.
Our lawyers have tried a significant number of cases and have obtained a number of multi-million dollar settlements and judgments for previous clients. Today, we are known for our aggressiveness in representing and protecting our clients' interests. We are accomplished and feared by insurance companies, corporate wrongdoers and their law firms.
Our Practice
In our practice, we advise and represent clients in a wide range of civil matters and litigation, including personal injury, defective products, burn injuries, automobile and trucking accidents, 18-wheeler litigation, stove tip-over litigation, and wrongful death. We also represent clients in the areas of social security disability, oil and gas royalty or working interest disputes, commercial disputes, trusts and estates litigation and will contests.

With five attorneys and our highly trained legal support staff, we have served people throughout Texas for almost four decades. However, even as our firm has changed over the years, its business model has not.
We have not become a high-volume operation/settlement factory. Legal Fees and Costs
In most cases, our firm serves its clients on a contingency fee basis. The client pays no attorney’s fee unless we win or settle your case. We advance court costs and litigation expenses that are reimbursed at the end of your case provided that you obtain a recovery. Our investment in and dedication to a case is total.
