Biography

Richard Tinsman was a founder of Tinsman & Sciano, Inc. and graduated from the University of Texas Law School in 1957. He practiced over 50 years. He was the ultimate "war horse" – a hard-working, hard-fighting lawyer who exhausted every avenue for his clients. A well-respected member of the San Antonio law community, Mr. Tinsman was nicknamed "Tiger" by colleagues who noted his aggressive approach to cases.

Although Mr. Tinsman retired in 2016, his thorough, no-nonsense approach to cases is the guiding principle at the practice that bears his name.
