Aaron L. Valadez is devoted to representing individuals and families affected by catastrophic injuries and wrongful death. He focuses on complex litigation, including trucking accidents, product liability, and high-stakes personal injury cases across Texas and nationwide.
A first-generation college graduate from Austin, Texas, Aaron earned his Juris Doctor cum laude from St. Mary’s University School of Law, graduating in the top 10% of his class. While in law school, he served as a Staff Writer for the St. Mary’s Law Review on Race & Social Justice and clerked for Chief Justice Marion of the Texas Fourth Court of Appeals.
Aaron is an active member of the legal community and has authored papers and presented at Continuing Legal Education seminars on topics involving trucking, broker liability, and workers’ compensation subrogation. His work and contributions have earned him recognition as a “10 Under 10” Honoree and Distinguished Young Alumnus 2024 by St. Mary’s University School of Law.
Aaron’s advocacy is shaped by both professional experience and personal perspective. As a father who has experienced the loss of a child, he brings a deep sense of empathy and purpose to his work. He and his wife are co-founders of the Aiden Alexander Memorial 5K, which raises funds for organizations supporting families affected by stillbirth and infant loss.
Aaron is licensed to practice in Texas and admitted to the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. He has also been admitted pro hac vice in multiple jurisdictions nationwide.
