Aaron Valadez

While a student at St. Mary's School of Law, Aaron Valadez served as Staff Writer on St. Mary's Law Review on Race & Social Justice and went on to Clerk for Chief Justice Marion of the 4th Court of Appeals in San Antonio. While studying at St. Mary's, Aaron also worked for two years at Tinsman & Sciano in order to learn the day-today business of a law firm and gain crucial real-life trial experience. After graduating in the top 10% of his class in 2014, Aaron passed the bar and came to work full-time at Tinsman & Sciano.

Mr. Valadez represents individuals and their families in cases ranging from personal injury, wrongful death, and product liability to oil and gas litigation. Since joining Tinsman & Sciano, Aaron has worked on a number of cases involving trucks and commercial vehicles, including a trial where a commercial driver caused a head-on collision, which resulted in a $3.3 million verdict, and a trial where unsecured construction equipment fell from a truck and caused a lethal accident, leading to a $12 million verdict for the victim’s family.

Aaron has worked on several high profile cases. He represented the family of a man murdered in the 2017 Sutherland Springs mass shooting, and represented another family in the controversial 2022 death of a DPS agent near Eagle Pass, which resulted in a $45.6 million verdict.

In addition to being accredited in Texas, he has been admitted pro hac vice in Wisconsin, Idaho, and in the Virgin Islands.
