Jeffrey C. Anderson joined Tinsman & Sciano, Inc., in 2020 after 18 years as a trial lawyer and partner with the firm of Southers & Lyons, Inc., followed by 25 years as a solo practioner, where his trial practice focused on representing victims of medical malpractice by civilian and government physicians and healthcare providers.

Jeff has represented clients for over 35 years in cases filed pursuant to the Federal Tort Claims Act in federal courts in Texas and other states. He has been a member of the Medical/Legal Liaison Committee since 1979, and he has served numerous times as Co-Chairman of that committee. In addition to medical cases, Mr. Anderson has represented clients in numerous personal injury and wrongful death cases resulting from defective products, vehicular accidents, and dangerous locations. He has also represented clients in personal injury and wrongful death cases involving aviation accidents resulting from pilot error or defective aircraft, where his experience as a commercial pilot has been important and beneficial.

Mr. Anderson has also authored numerous publications for CLE programs in Texas and has frequently lectured on subjects relating to Texas personal injury law.
